Photographer is Richard Avedon, model is Twiggy. He went through a brief period of shots like these, with the hair all over the place. I believe this one of Twiggy he also did in a Warhol-esque way with solarized type colors, around the same time he did a few Beatles images similar to that. I think I recall that being during a phase of drug use, as was the case with most back then, but may not be recalling correctly.
Twiggy has become such a big name, but she was only really used/popular for a short period.
